This action implements tasks for measurement of starting point parametere, adjustment and balancing.
Process data monitored are those in table 1 and 2 <ref name="processdata"> Table 1 – Characteristics of OFMSW influent (average monthly) and Table 2 – Average monthly total VSS and COD load of sludge (PS+WAS) and OF-MSW </ref>
