Description and methods employed (what, how, where and when)
The last part of COWS project is devoted to enhance the demonstration aim of the project by:
- running in "showcase mode" allowing interested parties (professionals, utility managers, environmental scholars and activits, CSOs, etc.) to understand better how the COWS approach solved an environmental problem in Viareggio and how to replicate or transef it;
- opening to further improvements that require contributions from new partners, such as:
- involvement of neighboring greenhouses for full heat exploitation;
- collaboration with engineering teams for further fine-grained tuning of COWS pre-treatment and all process blocks;
- amking COWS log data available to research centres that may use them as real world test-case corpora;

Constraints and assumptions
- Constraints
- Execution must be completed on schedule in order to leave significant time to demonstration of running process.
- Assumptions
- Equipments supply and installation does not face unforeseen, blocking issues
- No disrupting organizational change will occur in suppliers organizations
- Turnover of key project resources is low.
- Delays on critical path may be handled by careful monitoring and control by project management. Buffer time allocated in planning is enough.
